Produce components in the cleanest environment possible with strict emphasis on ever evolving and improving methods and procedures to avoid contamination.

Follow and closely regulate procedures in manufacturing, assembly, testing, and quality assurance so that sub-standard product is not shipped to our customers.

Remain "lean" by avoiding any unnecessary or less productive personnel and by avoiding extravagant and/or unyielding expenditures to the greatest extent possible.

Dedicate sufficient time and resources to the constant improvement of our existing products and to the development of new and better products

Provide our customers and end users with 24 hours a day 365 days per year support with immediate response to failing, down or waiting production lines by immediate shipping of parts, assemblies, or components counter to counter or priority overnight at the customer or end user's request, or by providing immediate instructions and directions for repair, installation, or troubleshooting.

Maintain sufficient inventory whenever possible to avoid back logs and customer or end user down time in the event of market fluctuations and unanticipated orders.
