Required air flow for the FA50L is 1/4" minimum orifice (unrestricted back to the source) supplied at the Shuttle valve at the back of the pump (opposite muffler side).
·
If the pump is to be operated at over 60psi, a secondary air source must be supplied to the pump and separately regulated at 50psi to shift the pump (see installation instructions). If the pump is operated at over 60psi without supplying the secondary shift source in the proper way, damage could occur in the pump which may not be covered under warranty.

Any or any combination of the four ports in the top two manifolds may be used for outlet by removing plugs and installing connectors provided by White Knight. Likewise, any or any combination of the four ports in the bottom two manifolds may be used for inlet by installing connectors provided by White Knight. THESE PORTS ARE NOT NPT OR ANY OTHER STANDARD. Attempting to use connectors other than ones supplied by White Knight will damage the pump. Such damage is not covered under warranty.

Do not operate any White Knight® pumps above the " air supply/fluid temperature limitations" (see chart for specifications). At room temperature, maximum air supply pressure to a FacilitatorÔ pump is 60psi without air assist or 100psi with air assist.
·
Minimum operating pressure is 20psi.
·
If the FacilitatorTM pump is being operated at within a differential of 80% head pressure to air supply pressure, the air assist mode must be used to prevent stalling (see installation instructions).
